Job Description
This Senior Operations Manager role focuses on supporting the Operations Team in managing operational performance, developing strategies for improvement, and leading transformation initiatives within Transdev's North America operations. This involves managing KPIs, SLAs, and startups/shutdowns, as well as improving operational efficiency and providing insights to executive leadership. The role is responsible for understanding process flows, identifying problems, and developing streamlined solutions.
Requirements
- Must be 21 years old
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Logistics, Transportation, and/or related field preferred.
- 5 or more years of relevant management and leadership experience required.
- Experience in tech, start-up, and/or AV industry is strongly preferred.
- Strong background in transportation and/or logistics is highly preferred.
