Job Description
Transdev is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to support the Operations Team and senior Vice President, managing and improving operational performance across various areas. This role focuses on operational efficiency, safety, and employee interaction, leading transformation initiatives and mentoring teams to improve operational procedures and processes. The position requires a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure business value and productivity.
Requirements
- 21 years of age
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Business Administration, Logistics, Transportation, or related field preferred)
- 5+ years of relevant management and leadership experience
- Experience in tech, start-up, or AV industry preferred
- Strong background in transportation and/or logistics is highly preferred
- Working knowledge of basic federal and state employment laws
- Good attention to detail and ability to concisely describe thoughts
