The role involves talent acquisition, qualification, and ranking of professionals, as well as database management and data analysis.

Requirements

• Experience in vendor management, resource management, or community management
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret basic data and an interest in developing data-driven recruitment strategies
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with freelancers and partners
• High attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure
• Proficiency with computer and web-based tools (databases, spreadsheets, dashboards)
• Highly motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
