Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Vendor Manager, Resource Manager, or Community Manager in the language industry
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recruitment strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and foster long-term relationships with freelancers and partners
• High attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure
• Proficiency in computer and web-based tools (CRM, databases, spreadsheets, analytics dashboards)
• Highly motivated, results-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
