PMO – Office of the CEO (On-site)

Translated is a technology company that combines human translation with AI to create global understanding. We're looking for an experienced PMO to support the launch and execution of the company's new strategic projects, starting with the European Sales Plan.

Requirements

• 3–10+ years of experience as a PMO, Project Manager, Chief of Staff, or similar roles
• English as primary working language
• Regular on-site presence in Rome (Pi Campus)
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to manage complexity
• Problem solving mindset and ability to streamline workflows
• Ability to work closely with the CEO and with multiple teams without assuming any managerial authority over them
• Excellent proficiency with collaborative tools and project management methodologies
