The ISO Quality Assurance Manager will lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of Integrated Management Systems (IMS) compliant with ISO 9001, ISO 22301, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards. This role involves ensuring compliance with regulations, identifying opportunities for improvement, conducting risk assessments, and driving continuous improvement in quality, environmental, health, and safety practices. The position also includes internal and external audits.
Requirements
- Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of Integrated Management Systems (IMS)
- Ensure the quality, business continuity, environmental, health and safety processes align with ISO 9001, 22301, 14001 and 45001 standards
- Develop and refine policies, procedures, and guidelines
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies
- Conduct regular internal audits
- Monitor and measure performance of IMS
- Analyze data to drive continuous improvement
- Plan and conduct regular audits
- Communicate IMS performance to stakeholders
- Coordinate with external auditors
- Ensure readiness for external assessments and certifications
