We are seeking an experienced ISO Quality Compliance Manager to oversee and manage the company's compliance with ISO standards and other regulatory frameworks. This role is critical to ensuring processes, products, and services meet quality standards and implementing continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 14001) and extensive experience in auditing, QMS, and regulatory compliance.
Requirements
- Manage and ensure ongoing compliance with ISO standards.
- Lead and coordinate ISO certification, surveillance, and recertification audits.
- Develop, implement, and maintain the company’s Quality Management System (QMS) in alignment with ISO and regulatory requirements.
- Review and update quality policies, procedures, manuals, and process documentation.
- Plan, organize, and conduct internal and external audits.
- Identify gaps and areas for improvement; lead corrective and preventive action plans (CAPA).
- Deliver ISO standards and compliance-related training and awareness programs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Conduct root cause analysis and customer complaints.
- Monitor and analyze quality data.
- Liaise with external auditors and regulatory authorities.
