Transport for London is seeking forward-thinking Workplace Strategy Managers to play a pivotal role in planning, shaping, and optimizing its estate to deliver transport, financial, sustainability, colleague, and green outcomes for TfL.
Requirements
- Accountable within a matrix management structure, to act as the main point of contact in relation to accommodation and estate related requirements from the TfL business and wider Greater London Authority (GLA) family.
- Responsible for ascertaining all aspects of stakeholder requirements; managing expectations, negotiating and obtaining subsequent buy in to proposed solutions.
- Responsible for supporting the Estate Leads in the delivery of strategic and tactical allocation of space within the TfL Estate including Identifying opportunities for release of space / accommodation
