Tree Trust is a nonprofit organization dedicated to building a thriving workforce while cultivating healthier urban environments. Through its Pathways to Careers program, it equips individuals—especially youth and underserved communities—with skills for family-supporting, skilled trade and green careers, fostering economic opportunity and equity. The organization also leads large-scale tree-planting initiatives to grow resilient urban forests, enhancing environmental quality and community well-being. By partnering with local businesses, community groups, and volunteers, Tree Trust creates a collaborative ecosystem that drives sustainable employment, environmental stewardship, and inclusive growth.
