Seasonal Lawn Maintenance Technician

Assists the Property Maintenance team in daily operations involving commercial and residential property maintenance, quality control, and safety. Responsible for lawn maintenance, tree care, and snow removal.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver license and a clean driving record
• Must pass a criminal background and motor vehicle check
• Must possess and maintain MN DOT medical certificate within fifteen (15) days of hire
• Pesticide applicators license or ability to obtain within 90 days
• High School Diploma/GED; Degree in horticulture or similar field (preferred)
• One (1) year experience in property maintenance (preferred)
