Employment Coach - Summer Youth Program

Employment Coach will work with youth, teach employment readiness curriculum, and provide support to crew leaders and crew members in a summer youth employment program.

Requirements

• Motivate and aid in the professional development of youth and young adults.
• Diffuse conflict situations effectively and diplomatically.
• Communicate with youth, parents, and community members.
• Work with diverse populations.
• Have proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based applications.
• Have a valid driver's license and three years driving experience.
• Pass a criminal and motor vehicle background check.
