The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, business administration, or a related field, and several years of experience in a sales role, preferably in the construction or building materials sector.
Requirements
- Develop and implement an annual sales growth plan for your own area
- Generate sales growth, develop improvements, and suggest new initiatives
- Promote products and their specifications to customers, architects, designers, and other stakeholders
- Understand customers' needs and strive to meet them
- Proactively plan activities with a focus on projects and customers with great potential
- Maintain and strengthen existing network of customers and partners
- Work closely with colleagues in the field and in the office, as well as with support departments
