Job Description
Trexo Robotics is seeking a dynamic Director of Sales to lead the growth of their Trexo Devices business in Canada. This role involves establishing the sales foundation, defining strategy, and driving execution to accelerate adoption of life-changing mobility technology for families and hospitals. The ideal candidate will lead a high-performing team and collaborate closely with various teams to achieve sustainable growth.
Requirements
- 7+ years of progressive experience in sales or business development, preferably in medical devices or assistive technology.
- 4+ years in a leadership role managing and scaling small to mid-sized sales teams.
- Demonstrated success in B2C and relationship-driven sales.
- Deep understanding of healthcare funding systems and reimbursement processes (e.g., ADP, insurance).
- Experience implementing or optimizing CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
