Job Description
Tri-Mach is seeking an experienced Assistant Controller to support business operations, manage financial forecasting, and drive operational decisions. This role involves financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure financial health and strategic alignment. Requirements
- Ensure milestone and T&M billing occurs in a timely fashion.
- Attend weekly production meetings and project updates.
- Review project cost folders and analyze variances.
- Monitor collections activity and escalate past due balances.
- Develop financial projections and build financial models.
- Monitor and forecast cash flow and recommend hedging requirements.
- Complete quarterly forecasting
- Develop and manage key processes and policies
- Ensure compliance with financial guidelines and relevant legal regulations.
- Provide financial analysis to non-financial audience
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
