Job Description
AWC is seeking a motivated Assistant Controller to join their finance team and contribute to financial planning and analysis. The role involves overseeing accounting operations, preparing financial statements, supporting budgeting, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate will be a skilled financial analyst with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Requirements
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations (AP, AR, payroll, reconciliations)
- Assist with timely preparation of financial statements and management reports.
- Perform variance analysis and support budgeting/forecasting processes.
- Review and reconcile foreign exchange transactions.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and tax requirements.
