Listing Transaction Coordinator (LTC) assists the Listing Team by performing administrative duties during listing cycles. This role focuses on communication, CRM software utilization, meticulous record-keeping, and ensuring a smooth transaction for all involved parties. Familiarity with the Texas Real Estate process and excellent communication skills are key.
Requirements
- Reports directly to the Listing Team
- Is on-time and ready to work at the start of each day
- Assists in the Pre-Listing stage by adding the file to CRM, confirming schedule for sign/lockbox delivery and photography, obtaining listing documentation, and inputting the listing on the MLS
- Assists in Builder Listing Input and maintenance
- Manages all assigned files in a timely manner
- Monitors email, responds to inquiries, and documents notes
- Updates clients with transaction status
- Direct escalations to the Listing Team
- Knowledge of seller programs and transaction documentation
