Listing Transaction Coordinator (Remote) - PHILIPPINES ONLY

The Listing Transaction Coordinator (LTC) assists the Listing Team by performing administrative duties throughout the listing process, from pre-listing to closing, ensuring smooth transactions and meticulous record-keeping. This role involves communicating updates to clients, agents, and lenders, maintaining property listings, and managing paperwork efficiently. A proactive and detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills is required.

Requirements

• Reports directly to the Listing Team
• Assists in the Pre-Listing stage by adding to the CRM and listing on the MLS
• Manages all assigned files within the CRM
• Monitors email and takes notes on emails needing further action
• Composes transactional documents
