Contracts & Billing Administrator

TriMark USA is seeking a Contracts & Billing Administrator to support the efficient execution of contracts, billing, and administrative processes. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience with Vendor Management Systems (VMS) and Navision.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in contracts or billing administration, or equivalent military/practical experience
• Experience with Vendor Management Systems (VMS) and Navision preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Experience in the foodservice equipment and supplies industry a plus
• Ability to pass a background check post-offer acceptance
