Requirements
- Proven sales track record and at least 5 years of experience in B2B sales for complex solutions in logistics or SaaS.
- Experience in Hybrid Sales managing both new business acquisition (Hunter) and key account development (Farmer).
- Proficient English and Italian language skills, mandatory. Any other language would be a plus
- International organizational experience, preferably in a large-scale or private equity-owned global company.
- A resilient and focused mindset, with the ability to manage complex deals and a commitment to deliberate practice and personal development.
