Associate Director Data Analytics - Accounting Operations

Trimont is a specialized global commercial real estate loan services provider. The Associate Director, Data & Analytics, is responsible for managing the preparation and delivery of accounting and financial reports, particularly focused on Commercial Mortgage-Backed Securities (CMBS).

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in accounting related to bank and general ledger reconciliation, data analytics, or a related role, with a focus on CMBS and commercial real estate finance.
• Strong accounting skills and experience with financial reporting standards.
• Demonstrate intermediate Excel skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated capacity to achieve results in a dynamic setting.
• Organizational and administrative skills that reflect attention to detail and the ability to prioritize amidst competing demands.
• Skilled in managing sensitive information while upholding privacy.
• Handling workload and special projects efficiently.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
