Cash Receipts Specialist

We are seeking a talented Cash Receipts Specialist to join our team. The position is responsible for ensuring timely and precise allocation of payments for fees and disbursements to client and general ledger accounts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent combination of training, education, and experience
• Minimum one (1) year of experience in accounts receivable or cash receipts management
• Experience in a law firm or professional services environment preferred
• Strong proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Strong communication skills in both written and oral form
• High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards
