Job Description
Trueline is seeking a Project Manager to join their Construction team in Stamford, CT. The Project Manager will drive project delivery from planning through close out, ensuring budgets, schedules, safety, and quality standards are met.
Requirements
- Lead pre-construction planning, coordination, and logistics
- Chair project development meetings and guide design/engineering deliverables
- Perform constructability reviews and value engineering to optimize cost and schedule
- Manage change orders: estimate, negotiate, get approvals, and update project budgets
- Monitor job cost accounting, reconciling budgets and revising forecasts
- Drive project close-out: manage punch lists, as-built documentation, certificates of occupancy, and final reconciliations
