• Proven experience managing large residential or multi-family construction projects from start to finish
• Strong technical knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, estimating, and site coordination
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with a team-first mindset
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while keeping project teams aligned and motivated
• Skilled in interpreting construction drawings and resolving issues in the field
• Experience using construction management software to track documentation and workflows
