Trueline’s client, a growing industrial and commercial electrical contractor, is seeking a Project Coordinator – Industrial & Commercial Electrical (Full Time) to join their team. In this role, you will support multiple electrical projects from bid award through close out, working alongside the Project Manager and Estimating team to keep operations running smoothly and communications flowing.
Requirements
- Assist the Project Manager with planning, organizing and tracking several simultaneous industrial and commercial electrical projects.
- Collaborate with the Estimating Department to transition awarded work from bid stage into active project setup.
- Prepare, distribute and maintain project documentation such as RFIs, submittals, change orders, purchase orders and progress reports.
- Support scheduling and logistics for labor, materials and equipment deliveries, and coordinate with field crews, vendors and subcontractors to meet requirements.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets and milestones, and highlight variances or potential delays to the Project Manager.
- Maintain accurate digital and physical project files for compliance and audit purposes.
- Assist in project close out tasks including as built documentation and client hand over packages.
- Promote the company’s standards for safety, quality and regulatory compliance on each project.
- Provide support to the estimating team as needed in preparation of bid materials.
