Job Description
Trueline is seeking a Construction Project Manager, Commercial/Industrial to lead high-impact projects from estimating and contracting through closeout and customer handoff.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in commercial/industrial construction project management
- Prior precast experience is required, with strong knowledge of concrete and precast construction
- Experience managing projects start-to-finish, including schedule, budget, and closeout
- Experience creating detailed estimates, takeoffs, budgets, and job costing for large commercial construction
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong working knowledge of construction safety requirements, compliance, and safety advocacy
