Project Manager Commercial Construction

A growing facilities and retail real estate operator is seeking a Commercial Construction Manager to lead all phases of commercial construction, remodels, and new builds to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to high standards.

Requirements

• Valid General Contracting License
• Minimum 10 years' experience in commercial construction management
• Strong expertise in wood-frame methods, materials, and structural details
• Demonstrated ability in estimating, budgeting, scheduling, and cost control
• Able to juggle multiple concurrent projects
• Construction Management or related education preferred
• Current Construction Supervisor's License (CSL) and a clean driver's license
• Clean driving record; willingness to travel to job sites regularly
• Self-motivated, decisive, strong problem solver, with good communication skills
