Project Manager Commercial Construction

Seeking a Commercial Construction Manager to lead all phases of commercial construction, remodels, and new builds for a growing facilities and retail real estate operator.

Requirements

• Valid General Contracting License
• Minimum 10 years' experience in commercial construction management
• Strong expertise in wood-frame methods, materials, and structural details
• Demonstrated ability in estimating, budgeting, scheduling, and cost control
• Current Construction Supervisor's License (CSL) and a clean driver's license
• Clean driving record
