Job Description
Trueline’s client, a growing general contractor in the Tacoma?/?Lakewood area, is seeking a Project Manager – Commercial Construction to join their team onsite. This role is responsible for managing all phases of commercial construction projects (typically $1M–$30M) from pre?construction through closeout, and is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a hands?on, collaborative environment focused on quality and growth.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction within a general contractor environment.
- Proven success managing multiple commercial construction projects concurrently (preferably in tenant improvements, warehouse, restaurant or ground?up builds).
- Strong understanding of construction means, methods and project management processes.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to interact with clients, field teams and senior leadership.
