Job Description
Trustly is revolutionizing the payments industry with a Pay by Bank standard, helping consumers and merchants secure payments. They are seeking a Director of Global Total Rewards to develop and execute reward programs to attract, retain, and motivate top talent. The role focuses on designing scalable, fair, and equitable global compensation and benefits programs in a rapidly growing international environment.
Requirements
- 10+ years’ experience in People/HR
- 5+ years dedicated to building and managing a global total rewards function
- Proven track record in designing and implementing innovative, scalable, and equitable international Total Rewards programs
