As a People Partner Manager, you will serve as the primary People Partner contact for the North America team, providing dedicated strategic consultation to two global, US-based executives. You will drive our core talent management strategies across the global team as we continue to scale.
Requirements
- 8+ years in the People/HR world, with at least 3+ years supporting executive leaders
- Proven experience in organizations that have undergone significant growth, change, and/or international expansion
- Strong project management, stakeholder, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Solid knowledge of the tech environment and understanding of the competitive landscape and trends in talent management
- Ability to build relationships and creatively solve problems while adapting to our dynamic business needs
