Staff Product Manager

As a Staff Product Manager at Trustly, you will define and drive the vision for a financial experience powered by intelligent automation, personalized coaching, and rewarding engagement systems. This role blends product strategy, AI-driven personalization, behavioral design, and hands-on execution with engineering.

Requirements

• 7+ years of Product Management experience in consumer fintech, high-quality mobile UX products, or engagement-driven apps
• Experience working directly with machine learning teams, large language models, or personalization systems
• Proven experience designing or operating gamification, motivation mechanics, loyalty loops, or habit-building features
• Good understanding of financial concepts such as lending, financial management, and cards
• Strong technical fluency in architecture, data flows, and model behavior
