Requirements
- Experience in a customer-facing role focused on customer engagement, implementation, or solution management
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce, online marketing, SEO/Google Adwords, and/or software
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Proven track record in client success and fostering engagement
