Engineering Manager (Consumer Reach)

Trustpilot is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a team focused on growing and evolving our consumer-focused offering. As a manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers, developing and executing strategic plans, and driving innovation in consumer-facing features and technology improvements.

Requirements

• Several years of experience as a Software Engineer
• A history of effectively scaling and leading multiple engineering teams
• Knowledge of Full-Stack service/microservice Development
• Familiarity with cloud services (e.g. AWS), message queues (e.g. SQS) and Database formats (e.g. DynamoDB)
• Modern frontend technologies (e.g. React, Vue.js)
• Experience delivering scalable systems that solve complex technical challenges at scale
• Extensive stakeholder management experience
• Experience mentoring and helping engineers grow their technical skills
• Comprehensive knowledge of Agile methodologies
