Requirements
- Lead a team of around 5-8 engineers
- Develop and support a great team of skilled and motivated engineers
- Drive in-team and cross-team initiatives
- Evolve, implement, and share innovative strategies
- Manage and mitigate high-risk elements of projects
- Shape and enhance engineering strategy
- Identify and resolve problems proactively
- Enable other functions to perform at their best
- Balance delivery with sustainable engineering practices
