Requirements
- Several years of experience as a Software Engineer
- A history of effectively scaling and leading multiple engineering teams
- Knowledge of Full-Stack service/microservice Development
- Familiarity with cloud services (e.g. AWS), message queues (e.g. SQS) and Database formats (e.g. DynamoDB), modern frontend technologies (e.g. React, Vue.js) and developing SaaS products
- Experience delivering scalable systems that solve complex technical challenges at scale
- Extensive stakeholder management experience with a focus on working across multiple functions/domains and the ability to create alignment across diverse teams
- Experience mentoring and helping engineers grow their technical skills
