Head of Finance Operations

Trustpilot is seeking an experienced Head of Finance Operations to lead and optimize core financial transaction processes, including Accounts Receivable, Billing, and Payroll. The successful candidate will be a strategic leader with a strong operational mindset, capable of implementing best practices and leveraging technology to scale finance operations effectively.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in finance operations
• Experience in a leadership role managing AR, Billing, and Payroll functions
• Systems-savvy, with hands-on experience using Unit4 or a comparable ERP
• Passionate about continuous improvement, digital tools, and modern finance practices
• Deep expertise in designing, implementing, and monitoring robust internal controls over financial transaction cycles (AR, AP, Billing, Payroll)
• Highly analytical and data-driven, capable of using operational KPIs and financial metrics to identify bottlenecks and drive actionable insights
