Revenue Operations Manager position at Trustpilot, working on go-to-market organisation efficiency, Customer Success engagement, and process optimization.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar role
- Strong experience in project management, with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives end to end
- Experience with Salesforce is required. Experience with CS Platforms such as Planhat, Totango, or Gainsight is a bonus
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with customer data, revenue metrics, and product usage insights
- Ability to manage complex stakeholder groups and communicate clearly with senior leaders across the entire organisation
