Revenue Operations Manager (12-Month FTC Maternity Cover)

Trustpilot is seeking a collaborative and technical Revenue Operations Manager to deliver the essential day-to-day tasks of the US operations teams. The successful candidate will work closely with regional sales, customer success, marketing and GTM Operations team to build a solid operational infrastructure to scale a rapidly growing team.

Requirements

• Support the day to day operations of our commercial organisation by becoming an expert in our systems and processes.
• Own the intake and resolution process of the Commercial support queue.
• Partner with the New Business, Customer Success, and GTM Operations departments to deliver new and improved processes and aid in the building of future commercial support infrastructure.
• Support Commercial & Marketing leadership team with daily requests, approvals, and assisting with processing quotes.
• Create and own robust reports and dashboards that measure and track company KPIs and sales metrics such as retention and integration.
• Assist with the maintenance of data accuracy within Salesforce and support the governance of the teams about the timeliness and accuracy of data inputs.
• Ad-hoc requests and projects to support key internal stakeholders.
