Job Description
We are looking for a Project Leader in Security to lead our security team during events. You will be responsible for planning, coordination, and execution of security measures, ensuring safety and well-being of attendees.
Requirements
- Strong background in security and/or event management, with experience in leading teams and managing complex events
- Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, including WPBR and TSC policy
- Experience with risk assessments and security planning
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with ability to motivate and inspire teams
- Excellent IT skills and proficiency in MS Office and planning software
- Flexibility and willingness to work outside of regular hours
- Valid driver's license
- Excellent English language skills
