We are looking for a Project Leader who not only maintains an overview during events, but also contributes, prepares and evaluates. Someone with natural leadership, operational insight and passion for people and safety.
Requirements
- HBO work and thinking level
- Extensive experience in security, preferably with WPBR knowledge
- Strong communication skills and a coaching leadership style
- Commercial and organizational insight
- Familiar with safety plans, risk analyses and operational deployments
- Flexible mindset; no 9-to-5 mentality
- Driving license B
- Excellent command of Dutch and English
