Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Corporate Trainer to lead training sessions on Android products and services for international tech stores' salespeople. The role focuses on empowering employees with the knowledge to effectively utilize Android platforms, ensuring clients are equipped with product knowledge and presentations. The trainer needs to be actively using Android devices to deliver effective training.
Requirements
- Fluent in English and Arabic
- Proven experience as a corporate trainer, instructional designer, or similar role
- Familiarity with adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and training delivery techniques
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong presentation and public speaking skills
- Adaptability and willingness to modify training approaches
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable using various training tools
- Sensitivity to diverse backgrounds
