Job Description
The Regional Technical Operations Supervisor is responsible for leading and managing a team of technicians across both onsite and remote locations within the AMER region. This role focuses on ensuring high-quality technical support delivery, efficient resource allocation, and compliance with operational standards. The supervisor also acts as a primary contact for the TFS Global Lead and the client.
