Principal Consultant - NICE CXone

TTEC Digital is seeking a Principal Consultant to architect, design, and solution NICE platform solutions while leading a team of NICE consultants. The role involves liaising with various teams, driving innovation, and ensuring stakeholder satisfaction. The Principal Consultant will also be responsible for technical delivery ownership, solution engineering, training and development, and team growth.

Requirements

• Experience of architecting, designing NICE platforms solutions and lead teams
• Commitment to office presence in Hyderabad
• Ability to take over technical delivery ownership for project work happening from India
• Active participation in Solution Engineering and Pre-sales activities
• Driving training & development and knowledge sharing aspects
• Active participation on India team growth for additional team size and new technical skills
• Joint responsibility for operational metrics for India team
• Hands-on Technical skills on Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) software management and domain experience
• NICE CXone and CXone Studio Experience
• Expertise on ASP/.NET experience (C#, VS.Net, XML, Web Services, etc.)
