Job Description
TTEC Digital is seeking a Creative Conversational UI Dialog Designer to assist in the design, implementation, and tuning of Intelligent Virtual Assistants (IVAs) like virtual agents. This role involves shaping the personality and conversational flow of IVAs to ensure a seamless and engaging customer interaction, leveraging AI to deliver a 'human' experience. The ideal candidate will partner with Conversational AI Engineers to develop interactive bot personas that match the brand. The position is fully remote with limited travel.
Requirements
- 3+ years’ experience in corporate consulting with enterprise clients.
- 2+ years’ experience with natural language AI technology, GenAI, speech recognition, and/or machine learning.
- 2+ years in UX writing, microcopy, linguistics, and/or writing for AI systems.
- Bachelor's level degree in a related field.
