As a Business Development Specialist for the Intercruises brand within TUI Musement, you'll drive commercial growth for our cruise business while developing strategic client and supplier relationships globally. You'll be responsible for commercial development of cruise business for assigned cruise line clients and managing commercial relationships with local suppliers.
Requirements
- Proven experience in the cruise industry with a comprehensive understanding of the competitive landscape and tourism trends in Croatia
- Fluency in Croatian and English
- Sales or account management experience, preferably within the tourism industry
- Strong commercial mindset with demonstrated negotiation skills and a successful record of closing deals and building strategic partnerships
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and internal teams
- Comfortable using digital tools such as task management systems and Salesforce to drive business results
- Ability to balance multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
