Job Description
We are seeking a digital experienced and helpful individual to join our team in Dubrovnik as an Operations Agent - Tours and Groups. You will be responsible for communicating booking updates with our key transfer suppliers and destination teams to ensure a smooth Service Delivery operation.

- People skills and self-confidence to communicate with team, departments, suppliers, and customers
- Helpful, flexible, and professional personality
- Excellent communication skills in Croatian and English
- Full manual driver's license
