Requirements

• 7+ years of commercial & operational experience
• 4+ years in a leadership role scaling a gig-economy platform or complex logistics operation in India
• Top-tier engineering or computer science background
• Experience navigating commercial contracts, labor laws, and contractor compliance
• Domestic & international travel experience
