Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in operations, strategy, or project leadership roles
• Proven track record of managing large, distributed teams (50–70+ people) and driving measurable outcomes
• Background in consulting, high-growth startups, or operations-driven environments preferred
• Graduate from a top-tier institution (IIT, IIM, XLRI, SP Jain, or equivalent) strongly preferred
