(Part-Time) Facilities Manager

Responsible for ensuring the well-maintenance of church facilities and grounds, working with vendors and contractors to schedule maintenance and repairs, and managing the annual church calendar.

Requirements

• Associate degree in business management, operations management, or a related field
• Multiple years of experience in facility planning, operations, and maintenance
• Experience in managing teams, projects, and service providers
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in budgeting, contract negotiation, and fiscal control
• Understanding of building systems like HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and security systems
