(Part-Time) Pastoral Care Administrator

To perform various administrative tasks and provide oversight to pastoral care teams, including follow-up on prayer cards and requests, developing surveys and initiatives, and coordinating relationships with counseling partners.

Requirements

• Associate and/or Bachelor's Degree
• Able to work in a creative, highly collaborative environment
• Possess strong organizational and time management skills
• Experience with conflict resolution and crisis management
• Excellent oral and written communication
• High emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills
• Computer proficiency skills
